  • WHERE: Classes meet at NVC Memorial Hall on 12th and King Street

 

  • WHEN: Mon, Wed, Fri from 6:00-7:00 AM

 

  • WHAT: A full body workout combining strength and cardio exercises 

 

  • HOW: Buy a month-long unlimited pass or a single class drop-in pass. First class is always free!

 

  • TO BRING: A mat/towel and water

My boot camps are unique. In addition to the body weight exercises found in your standard outdoor boot camp, I provide a variety of equipment — from sleds and battle ropes to kettle bells and TRX-style suspension training — to make your workout fun, challenging, and effective.

 

I adjust my boot camps to suit your unique fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or a high-level athlete. Rather than competing against your fellow boot campers, I help you push yourself to get a great workout.

 

Classes last 60 minutes including a dynamic warm up, a circuit of strength and cardio exercises, and a cool down.

 

If you come and work hard, I promise you will get stronger, feel healthier, and look better!
